Your Neighbors, Serving the Neighborhood
The Cottages of Albertville Association is led by a volunteer Board of Directors, made up of homeowners elected to serve and represent the community. These neighbors oversee the business of the Association, help manage shared responsibilities, and make thoughtful decisions on behalf of everyone who calls this place home.
Board members are elected at our annual meeting and serve staggered terms to ensure continuity and representation. The Board appoints officers—such as President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer—and meets regularly throughout the year.
