Cottages of Albertville Phase 1 is part of a Common Interest Community designed to make life simpler for independent adults aged 55 and up. Our neighborhood is managed by the Cottages of Albertville Association, a nonprofit homeowners' association made up of—and led by—people who live right here in the community.

The Association exists to help preserve the peaceful, well-kept nature of our neighborhood by overseeing maintenance of shared property, managing assessments and budgets, and providing structure for how we live together.

We are governed by a set of legal documents—the Declaration and By-Laws—which outline how decisions are made, how responsibilities are shared, and how the neighborhood stays in harmony.

At its heart, this community is built on respect, simplicity, and a shared sense of care.
